Despite the soulful sounds of Sade, free-flowing Happy Valley beer and a front of house who could easily be the next winner of Ninja Warrior, we are currently quiet in the weekday lunchtimes. So how do we create the buzz of a Saturday night on a Tuesday lunchtime…?
Is the Express Lunch 12” pizza and drink causing too much of an afternoon desk-slump? Do those with buggies fear disrupting business lunches with the clatter of launched baby spoons and the smashing of an occasional table vase? Or is the usual January quest for a body like a Strictly dancer putting people off the temptation of carbs?
In hope of streamlining the fluctuating traffic, and so we can ensure we give you a good dining experience, we are looking at how we can make ourselves more attractive to Bollington’s professional and residential community. In addition to brainstorming offers and making ourselves as homely as possible (there could be Magnolia paint and motivational wooden hearts ahead…), we would appreciate your feedback so that we can tailor the experience to what our customers want – not what we think you want, or should have.
So go forth; leave a comment, post to our social media pages, send us an email – you may want smaller lunch portions, Dubstep blasting from the speakers or perhaps you simply long for paper flowers and a framed photo of Tom Selleck in the toilets. Whatever your thoughts, they are welcome – as are you and your family/work colleagues.
Our January offer ends in less than 2 weeks. We are currently offering a 25% discount on food for all online bookings Tues-Thurs and on Sundays (please note that we are unable to offer this in conjunction with any other offer or loyalty programme).
Thanks for reading – we look forward to your comments (we appreciate attempts to avoid the use of words that are exempt from BBC classification…).
